Jacobi M. Irvin graduated from University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She received her Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School and earned a certificate in Intellectual Property.  At John Marshall, Ms. Irvin was a staff editor of JMLS’ Review of Intellectual Property Law which published her article, Acceptable Fraud: How False Statements Fall Beyond the Scope of the New Fraud Standard. Ms. Irvin was on the Dean’s List several times during both her undergraduate and law school careers.

Ms. Irvin is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and her current practice focuses on workers’ compensation. Ms. Irvin has ADR experience and is a certified mediator. She is a director on the board of the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
